Kirlia

I have very mixed opinions about how this turned out. Part of me doesn't like it at all, yet part of me thinks it looks good. But I still think the best part of it are the horns. Which Wosprig did for me. At least I know who to ask if I ever need some random rainbow-y glow-y stuff. :3 It's meant to be Wally's Ralts/Gallade as a Kirlia training in the new-new Mauville. A.k.a.
